Tha manager wasn't very friendly, needed to return something have a receipt and this is all you should need to do a return not your personal information, and mangers especially should be friendly, not a Hello or anything...
Wish I could give them no zero stars. My husband and I decided to go there to get shoes for my daughter because payless was too pricey. While we were there my husband decided to look at the tennis shoes and pick something out. He found a pair he liked and decided to get them. While I was looking for a pair of boots for myself, two of the workers stalked us around the entire store. Didn't even try to hide it. Literally followed us for aisle to aisle staring at us. We even walked across the store multiple times to make sure it wasn't just a conscidence. When you are about to spend $100+ at a business and they treat you like theives without any probable cause, it really makes you want to invest your money else where. I can understand glancing over at someone once in awhile to make sure people aren't steal, but stalking them around the store is offensive and beyond rude. Even the other workers said they had some new people who were making others uncomfortable. I would not suggest going here unless you want to be treated like that.
I love Shoe Dept.They have reasonable prices,all the new styles.Also my favorite brand as a female is Sketchers they have every kind of those you could want.So comfortable to.

Would give a zero if I could. Bought converse from here for a Christmas gift. Kept them sitting in the box until I gift wrapped them. Opened the box before wrapping them to discover dirt on the bottom and scuff marks- aka they sold me used shoes! (At new pricing) Would’ve returned them then but it was too late and thought it wouldn’t matter too much if the person liked them. Ended up trying to return them anyway and was accused of lying and told I was stupid for buying them in this state in the first place and was then refused service- from a manager!. They did not even consider that they sold me the shoes in this condition and did not even check with the employee that sold me them! Or the previous records of the shoes! Horrible customer service. Don’t waste your time or money. Barely had a reason to shop there in the first place but definitely have a reason to never go there again.
