Staff is always friendly and right there to help you find what your looking for. I recently bought a pair if Oakley's and it took them a few minutes to find the box, ended up taking an extra 10% off for the wait. Highly recommend this store to anyone.
I haven't been here in a while, but I remember it being very nice on the inside and out. I'll have to come in again soon, just to look around.
The guy in the shoe section is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about running shoes and inserts for support. He will video you walking on a treadmill and go over it with you in slowmo to find perfect shoe/ insert support your foot. He went way Beyond what I was expecting when I asked him for help.
Luke the bowtech is a great guy who knows his stuff. I highly recommend him if you have questions or need anything worked on. I also had great experiences with everyone who works there from talking on the phone to in store customer service. Great DICK'S location for all your needs.
I love everything they have. Except for the limited amount of football gloves with size & colors they have. Even the football cleats they had very little and little in color. But its a wonderful store over all.
