Sangria could have been better...Food was satisfactory and service slow given it was not busy
Arrived at 1:34am to sit for a quick drink when this restaurant indicates it closes at 2:00am. A female staff member rudely laughed us away from the door, staying "can you believe they want a drink and we close in 25 mins".... Extremely unprofessional, avoid this awful atmosphere and note their operational hours are suggestive and dependent on the mood of the staff members. Pretty sure corporate should remove their franchise fee.
Service was fast and friendly. The food was reasonably priced and fairly good. It's an excellent place for families.
I understand that on Friday night's it's busy and don't mind waiting a little extra, however, waiting almost 45 minutes to get one appetizer is ridiculous. I truly think the waitress forgot to bring it out because it was cold when we got it and then when our meals came out, another woman had brought it out to us, the food was hot and delicious. Makes sense that she forgot to bring it out and it sat there too long and got cold. We had to keep flagging our waitress down in order to get refills on our drinks. We asked for honey mustard, thinking she would bring it back, and then after we almost finished our meal, she came back and asked if we still needed that honey mustard. I can't blame the cooks, only poor service.
8.12.17 Where to begin?! Escorted to a booth with food on the seats. Had to have them wiped down. Ordered onion rings. They don't have that. Really? Silverware spotty and one fork bent up. My menu was missing pages. Beer came and I asked for a glass. Took almost 5 min to get it and when it came it was not clean. Food delivered by waiter, very nice, but his thumb was almost in my food, which I guess explained the food smears around the plate. The Caesar dressing tasted like mayonnaise. Oh what an experience!! Check came with just the paper...no folder to place credit card in?? I will say our waitress and the trainee were very nice. But, never again.
