Let me start by saying I love the food and eat here pretty often. We also order carry out from here. The last 2 times in which were only a week apart. We had order carry out, when I went to pick it up i waited for 5 minutes and didn't see anyone so I walked to the bar. Finally after about 10 minutes of standing at the bar a server came up to me. We walked back to the other side where the Togo is and there was a girl behind the screen on her phone. So 15 minutes waiting while my food was already sitting on the shelf didn't make me a very happy customer. Well over the weekend it happened again no one was in the Togo area so my food sat for about 20 minutes before someone came back to help me so that I could pay. I don't think I'll be order carry out from here anymore.
Wonderful food and the best service. Our waiter, Ian, was so nice, friendly and available. It was a great experience.
Have gone to this restaurant three times. The first time, the waiter was nice but had too many tables to wait on. The second time we ate at the bar and the girl bartender was very unpleasant and forgot to bring a few items we asked for. Today we sat at a bar table and the waitress was very nice but my appetizer of the ribs were cold. Not happy with this PF Chang's. Okay for an emergency dinner.
Very aesthetically pleasing on both the inside and outside. The staff is very nice and the food is amazing. I recommend the lettuce wraps- it's the best appetizer I have had at any restaurant.
The calamari was the best I've eaten and the combination fried rice was delicious. Generous portions, too. The only minus was slow service.
