Food was cold from sitting and was horrible. Waitress was slow and didn't check on us. Will not eat here ever again.
Food and trash all over the floor, cobwebs in the corner of our booth.
I also had to clean something sticky dripping down the front of my menu.
When we were finally seated we arrived at our booth with food crumbs all over both benches which we had to clean off ourselves.
Never been to Don Pablo's before last night. Food quality and preparation where poor. (Cold rice, overdone/dry chicken, taste of old try oil) chips were probably the only good food item. Did not order adult beverages. Our server was wonderful, but I've unfortunately lost her name. Would not recommend to friends. Not personally going back.
The tortilla chips were soggy, the romaine lettuce in my salad was old and had a bad taste and smell, I couldn't eat it.
Our server was extremely slow. The food was no where near acceptable. I don't know if it was me or the cook. My boyfriend enjoyed his food and our appetizer was good but my meal was not.
This was not our first time at this location. Every other time was great, however this will be our last visit to this White Marsh restaurant. We walked in, no one was there to seat you. We had to ask someone where the hostess was. She replayed that she was the hostess and she would be right with us, with a bit of an attitude. The food came out not only cold, but it was like the plate was taken right out of the fridge! The waiters response when we told him the food was cold was that he would warm it in the oven. Sorry, but if u bring me cold food ur gonna have to start all over and bring me a new dish. Not a dish that will just dry out in the oven. I had faultas, which are fried and they were luke warm. The corn cakes weren’t even cooked through. The manager came over and just kept saying he didn’t have any excuses. We paid for our drinks and the left. It really sinks that this was so bad this time. We have made the trip from WV several time cause it had always been awesome. Well, another restaurant off the list, I’ll stick to my WV Mexican next time!!
Very dirty, poorly managed, food not fresh. We were told there would be a 5 minute wait, it took 25 minutes to be seated which I couldn't understand because there were 17 empty tables, i counted. While we waited we had to listen to the broken front door slam closed ever time someone came in or out.
Not sure what happened to this place but i won't ever go back.
