I purchased an iPhone charger and tried to return it 5 days later because it was not working correctly. I asked for a refund and I was told by the manager, Greg, that they would only offer me a store credit. I contacted AMEX and had to open up a dispute to get the amount charged back to my account. Totally unacceptable for what should have been a simple transaction.

Great place to buy phones
I have been to several Verizon stores in the past but this store, by far, has the most professional and courteous staff that we have ever seen. Patricia, in particular, has given us superior service not so common these days. We would give them 10 stars if we could.
Patricia was a wonderful helper and taught me so much about my phone. She is a lovely person. She provided excellent service. Very welcoming attitude from everyone on the store.
