These guys are great. I got helped by a rep named Jacob and he was able to answer all my questions and made me feel comfortable buying a phone and tablet. Definitely recommend.

Worst customer service! We went in for a SIM card and they told us their system was down, and refused to give us a complementary one. They cost what, $5?!? Lost a loyal customer.
I had a great experience at this white marsh location after the store in the mall couldn't help me. This lady Janae was very helpful and set up and reset all of my account passwords so I can get into my gmail to get all of my information back. She was big help to me and I will come again!
My friend called because her phone broke and wasnt working after three days of use, and the douchebag she spoke to obviously never learned how to properply handle customer service because he basically screwed her over and said he cant do anything #DickBag
