Great store. My favorite gamestop location. Personable courteous and knowlageble staff.
THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN YOU CALL EVER!!! ITS BEEN LIKE THIS FOR YEARS NOW!!! The only person in there that's great w/ customer assistance and very nice, was the manger (i think it was a manger) she was dressed pretty & was very professional too. Wish they start hiring more people there that are more competent when it comes to interaction with customers and having a WIDE SPREAD of knowledge whenit comes to gaming. If I were a GS Mngr I wouldn't hire anyone less than 21 yrs old just because the older the gamer the more knowledge they have. I would have one requirement: What is the oldest system you had? If the person says PS2 then they are automatically canned. YOU MUST have played NES, The Original Sega, Atari, Arcade Games to prove your worthy

Pretty retarded staff. I pre ordered sun and moon and I was never told about the dual pack and so because I was never told about the dual pack I missed 200 free pokeballs.
