VERY POOR Customer Service! First the cashier says they will correct the order and then someone comes to the table and says no we can't do that. If you tell me you will fix it why don't you properly check it first instead of changing your mind. This is extremely frustrating and just wrong. Plus I'm pretty sure they used old tacos, that they provided to someone else too. This is just insensitive and just wrong. I don't like people here and it's wrong. We are purely vegetarian and they provide us food with meat when we clearly stated we want we want all beans no meat at all.
This is my favorite Taco Bell in the area. They are always helpful they will change up my order for me when I asked they are very friendly. And they always greet you with a smile.
Food was good, service was pleasant. Went late at night. Tables were dirty. Had to ask for a napkin. Nice staff. Great snack before bedtime.
Very clean eatery and friendly staff. Food tastes great! Always stocked napkins ans and condiments. They always have classical music playing which is something I appreciate.
I rarely rate things and even more rare that I give negative reviews but this place doesn't make sense. I've ordered through the App, drive-in, and even walk-in and they constantly get my order wrong...most frustrating is when I order through the app or drive through and my order is wrong and I have to drive back. When I did walk-in one day I was watching the worker prepare my food with the same gloves he had on while he was cleaning.............I didn't realize those gloves were just to keep their hands warm or perhaps their HANDS clean. Only reason I'm giving 2 starts is due to my love for taco bell but THIS taco bell sucks.
