Well, after giving them another shot, I wasn't impressed. It will be awhile before I go back.
Did have to wait for my food. There were others waiting too. The waiting area is small and cramped, especially when they are bring up cases of soda to refill the refrigerator case. There are a few tall bar stools and a counter where you can sit. It is not handicapped or wheel chair friendly.
As for the food, ordered a chicken cheese steak and mozzarella sticks. Mozzarella sticks were ok. The sub, was a tad greasy, but the biggest problem - it had no flavor. How a sub with chicken, cheese, lettuce, tomato and mayo had no flavor is a mystery, but it didn't, none at all.
completely messed up my order at the belair rd loaction and got it backwards. thanks. didnt remake it, shoved the receipt in the pizza box and told me to have a good day
Hadn't ordered from Dominick's in awhile because of quality and service issues, but things can change, so decided to give them another try.
Great food at a fair price. Their Pizza is excellent
Service was ok. Person behind the counter was fully clothed this visit (not so in the past -- belly shirts in food service are not appropriate.) But, there is still an issue of the counter person working the register, taking money, answering phones, etc and then going back to work the food lines without washing their hands!
I ordered pizza at 4:30 pm and asked if they could be ready by 5:15 simple request. And I stated my order like this I want a large PEPPERONI pizza, a large HAWAIIAN pizza, and a large CHEESE pizza. I was very clear what I wanted and they still screwed up they charged us for the pepperoni pizza and didn’t give it to us they then claimed we never ordered it. I mean it was on the receipt so I’m pretty sure we ordered it and then they made us wait three hours before the pizza even came.
This was one of the worse experiences of customer service I have ever experienced. It was my first time ordering from this place looking to try some new places in the area. Let me prefice I knew the reviews on delivery were terrible because of how long it took to deliver which I didn't mind personally. I called this evening and a nice bubbly girl answered the phone. Took my order and informed me it was an hour wait for delivery. Sure no problem. I didn't realize how hungry I was when ordering so the time is passing very slow. However the hour arrives and no pizza. I call to follow up where I am told they called me a while ago to let know they don't deliver to my area and canceled the order. Dumbfounded I get off the phone to look at my calls and messages. Only to find they called just under 30Mins ago and never left a message. I didn't think when I had a missed call to call them back as voicemail is there for a reason. I Call back to speak with the manager and express my expectations for making the situation right. He then tells me how sorry he is for how I feel and if I want the food I have to go pick it up. Mind you I go to work every morning at 6am and it's now 8:30 at night and I have changed and hunkered in for the evening, hence the pizza DELIVERY order. I am disappointed at this company for their lack of follow through and lack of customer support and willingness to fix a mistake they created.
