My daughter has been a patient of their practice, for over 7 years. They are busy and deservedly so. The practice is full of competent and kind doctors. Never had a bad experience!
Dr. Singla has been our family asthma doctor for 5 years. He is very thorough, and we never feel rushed. He always remembers the interests of the kids even if he hasnt seen them in a year.
He's been my son asthma an allergy doctor for five years now! He's amazing at what he does, doesn't skip a beat an he knows his stuff for sure. He does what it takes for your child! I love the office staff as well. Sometimes you have to wait, but to me, it's worth it for my son care.
My son and I are both patients of this practice. While I didn't particularly care for the doctor I saw at Union Memorial, the care was fine. On the other hand, we really liked the NP (Amber Viel) that he saw at White Marsh. However, we had to wait over an hour and a half to be seen for his second appointment. Now, I'm trying to call to reschedule a follow up appointment, and I can't speak with a live human being. Their office hours aren't posted on their website, just their allergy shot hours. Nor are they listed in the voicemail message. So - 5 calls during what I think are their open hours in the last two days, and two voicemails, and I am ready to give up. No matter how nice the care when inside the exam room, it's just not worth this hassle.
I'm giving the front desk a 1. I walked in and no one greeted me. I signed in and the didnt say anything. Then a lady at the desk proceded to tell the woman next to her that her patient signed in on the wrong clip board. Finally I spoke up and asked if I needed to sign in somewhere elseamd then they decided to help me.
