I have gone to them multiple times and this past experience was pretty awful. I began having a leak in my tire two weeks ago, and they recommended that I have the wheel sent off and repaired, which I agreed to do for $200. That was completed around mid-December. Yesterday, Dec 27, the wheel would not hold air at all and I had to have the car towed to them. The wheel was again cracked and I was told the wheel had to be replaced. Their response was my guess is that the wheel will be around $1200. I called BMW and was quoted $836 for a new wheel, and I was also told that having a wheel repaired is not a proper repair and will re-crack. We were informed that the wheel would be like brand new. That is $200 out the drain and today I dropped $2000 on four new wheels, as well as tires, and will not be returning any of my vehicles to this shop.

The staff here really went above and beyond for me. I called at 8 AM asking if they could replace my wife's tire that she found blown out before leaving for work. They said they didn't have the tire on hand, but could probably get it by around 3:30. When I let them know I needed the work to be done at 12:00, they sent someone out to go get the tire earlier.
I brought the car in at noon and was out of the shop by 12:20. I'm used to waiting at a shop for hours, and didn't even realize my car was being worked on yet when they told me it would just be a few more minutes.
Best so far I have found for my needs will have to come back soon.
