Made multiple Special Order CAKES. Problem was: 1. Changed and raised quoted price the day I picked up the cake. Naturally, I felt LIED TO & RIPPED OFF. 2. Another time, my cake order was NOT ready on pick up day. Even after many days of advance notice. 3. Emmys Bakery was desperately trying to push the order, cake was covered with WRONG/rushed Kind of frosting/cheaply made whipped cream and NOT what it was supposed to be covered with (REAL frosting). Overall, this bakery needs to do something else, LACK REAL SKILLS, so unprofessional, and disappointingly incapable of giving any form of customer service. Waste of time and $! Booo, Emmys Bakery!
Well it sucks because they said they're open and 30 min. ride for freaking nothing because they're closed bad advertising
