First visit, store location is convenient to local eateries. Layout and design of the store is cute and playful. The donuts were pretty good with a Yellow cake flavor, and you can add many toppings. Nice concept to freshly made in front of you donuts, similar to Krispy Kreme, but you can customize yours the way you like. The employees can get a bit more training, and should work on keeping the place better maintained and clean. This is a new location and will do well if there were more smiles, and broom sweeping including restroom.
Poor and few seating options. Sun blaring through windows and no shades or screens. Ordered a large vanilla latte and it was plain and filled only halfway? Friends coffee was old and stale. Been waiting on the one donut I ordered for over 15 minutes after the incorrect latte. Can i get my money back and be reimbursed for wasting my time coming out and being here please? Been to many duck donuts before in VA and NC, this one is terrible. Donut was meh when i finally got it.
Don’t be put off by the small size of the donuts, either. I have a sweet tooth and, believe me, one is enough!

While the donuts are outstanding and worth the price, the staff could use some additional training in customer service. It took several minutes for a small order. And a smile for your client goes a long way. As does cleanliness - the counters were sloppy, the floor needed to be swept. There were only two customers, including me, so there’s no excuse for the messy appearance of the store. Some small improvements and I’d raise my rating to five stars.
First visit this week and I’ll go back again. The donuts are priced just over $1.50 each at the time I was there. It makes them more expensive but it’s worth it. The donuts are freshly made when you order. This isn’t a “pick them off a shelf” kind of place! A vanilla flavored cake donut is the base. From there, you choose from a menu of icings and toppings. Or create a donut of your own design. No fake ingredients either - real chopped bacon, intense sauces, etc.
Hands down, the Best donuts I've ever eaten. I think I taste half cornbread, half donut. And they're hot to order, freshly made while you wait no more than 1 minute.
