one bad apple spoils the bunch...and CHRIS GRAY is the bad apple..beautiful center and very nice CSR agents...but dont spoil ur 5 star experience and speak with him..he told me my battery was purchased in 2006 after his manager and the 800 agent both confirm it was purchased in April 2016..he has very bad customer service skills and is not a very good listerner...he does not ask the right questions or offer necessary information. his ineffectiveness as an agent caused me 3 trips to the whitemarsh center before i received the battery that was to be replaced because all AAA batteries come with a 3 yr warranty.
