The staff, the environment and the therapist were all top notch! I like the 'tranquility room' to help get me in calm, relaxed mood. The session was in an inviting space, and it was a wonderful massage. Thank you! It was such a good experience -- I bought 4 more gift cards!

The clinic has a nice clean environment. The products used in their facials are quality grade with great results to the conditions of my specific skin. The owner takes great care and notice to minor and major details. I have had the pleasure of meeting the owner and he always showed professionalism and care towards his facility and guests. Overall great clinic to be serviced at.
This has to be the worst location I have ever experienced. I set up a appointment for 2 for my 10 year anniversary and 1 of my appointments was cancelled 2 hours before my visit. All the staff members were nonchalant about canceling my appointment. The owner never returned my call and it's been days. I cant contact the manager that was present that night she is never available. My spouse received his massage with an upgraded service that was never done. Just horrible service from the staff, managers and owner.
I've been a Massage Envy member for years. The 2nd time I went here, they were late because my file had been misplaced or put in the wrong place. Whatever, it happens. The next time, something similar happened, and it made me wonder, but still not a big deal. I scheduled another facial and massage that day. Imagine my surprise when I got there the next time, and there was no record of my appointment. The front desk staff apologized, offered to reschedule (no thank you), and said she would send it to the manager and see if he could do something. That was over 3 weeks ago, haven't heard a thing. If someone had reached out to me, I probably would have gone back, because this place is FIVE MINUTES from where I live! It doesn't get more convenient than that, and they still managed to lose my business. The actual therapists were all great, but clearly they don't have their act together in terms of running the place. I've been to four other massage envy locations over the past few years, and this is the first time I've had a problem.
