God awful delivery service. On 4 seperate occasions my mail has come extremely late, delivered to the wrong address, or not delivered at all. I've gotten paychecks delivered almost 3 weeks late! Currently waiting on an important piece of mail that has now taken 20 DAYS TO ARRIVE AND COUNTING. When I spoke to the supervisor, she was very unprofessional and rude despite me trying to be understanding. God help you if you are unlucky enough to end up in this post office's jurisdiction. You'd be lucky to ever get your mail on time.

I waited 20 minutes in line, while only one employee waited on customers. When it was my turn, I wanted specific stamps that were pictured in two different places at this post office. I was told that they didn't have them. The employee just shrugged and said that they don't have them. I said that they are pictured up there, while pointing and she just said we don' have them and showed me a box of loose mismatched stamps. I left with nothing. I ordered them on line online to find out that I had to pay sipping. Very frustrating!!!!!

They lost my package. I called to inquire on the location of the package. I never raised my voice and stayed as pleasant as possible, because I understand mistakes happen. The lady on the phone today was beyond rude and sounded annoyed at me from the minute she answered the phone. They lost it and yet they are annoyed having to help my acquire my package...... Thank goodness I am moving away from this post office. Have had countless packages and mail sent to wrong address and not just on my street. To other streets too. TIME TO CLEAN HOUSE!!!

This is one of the least efficient stores I have seen. There are total of 4 cashiers' counters available, yet, either 1 or 2 cashiers are working on weekdays. Do not get me wrong; they are courteous, friendly, and helpful. But during winter holiday season, the wait line can be long, and takes a while to send a package. As one of the most frustrated customers said, "I don't know why there aren't more than 2 people at checkout." Well, her guess is as good as mine. By the way, do you need to purchase a book of First Class Forever stamps? At this location, only U.S. Flag Forever stamps are available. If you are looking for something else, such as "Flowers from the Garden," "Colorful Celebrations," "Botanical Art," or "Pets," go somewhere else. This place deserves half star, not one star.

So unbelievably slow. Even slower than the Golden Ring Branch- and I didn't think that was possible. Employees are stereotypes come to life of government employees. They're there 8 hrs and couldn't care less how backed up the line is. Doesn't matter if there's 1 or 3 clerks working. You will wait just as long either way. Do not come here unless all you're doing is dropping mail off in a mailbox. Drive up to Bel air post office if you want good service.
