My therapist Jen is awesome. Her personality makes me forget about my pain. Everyone is so friendly.
This place is absolutely wonderful. The therapists here are extremely caring and eager to help their patients. They explain everything they are doing and go above and beyond in educating the patient on how to heal properly. I would recommend Physiotherapy in White Marsh to everyone. They truly care and want to help you.
I had a very good experience at Physiotherapy Associates at the White Marsh location. The staff was incredibly professional and knowledgeable about my back pain and they were all so warm and kind. I have recommended this location to all my friends and family. Even my coworkers have gone to this clinic and have had an equally great experience.
I would not be on the road to recovery without them. From day one, everyone has been extremely caring and understanding. They listened to my needs and allowed me to be an active participant in my care plan. Physio has a relaxed atmosphere which benefits patients. Other places I have been were very up tight and didn't really listen to you. The therapists at Physio work well with one another. I have personally worked with Shannon and Alex. They know when I need the tough love approach and when I don't. I could not imagine having done my PT anywhere else. The girls at reception are great too. Very welcoming and helpful.
I was unhappy going to therapists that didn't give you their undivided attention and nor did they listen to what the patients say. So, I go to NovaCare Rehabilitation and what a difference. The staff is polite, caring, and they will go above and beyond to meet your needs. Definitely give them a try because they care!!!!!!
