I called to verify they deliver to my house in Kingsville. They say yes. 15 min later they call and say no. Offer me 50% off. I drive there , pizza isn't even made yet. I sit and wait. Then he tells me total which is only a few dollars less than before. Does not have my credit card info I already gave him. Hour of wasted time and no food. Will never go there again. Poor incompetent service.
Took an hour for delivery gave the driver a three dollar tip for a single pizza and he demanded more on top of his delivery charge. Worst customer service ever I just don't understand how these places stay in business.
The pizza was not great and i had to wait a additional 20mins for it after calling it in after my order mysterious disappeared from the stores computer. I was not the only one unfortunately several people were waiting also. The female cashier was nice and helpful, however the male cashier and manager were not.
Awesome food! I called 5 mins before closing and they still were very courteous and delivered some fresh pizzas as usual! Love you Papa Johns!!
Horribe service. I lederes over 45 minutes ago and they still are not here. I will never order here again.
