Once we get back, we're told that they can't actually do the discount we were quoted 30 minutes prior. Then they conveniently mentioned that the mattress we had chosen was an exclusive to their store and couldn't be found anywhere else.
Spent a good deal of time speaking with the associate and making sure we were getting a bed which worked for us. At this point he was very helpful. Finally decided on what we wanted and were offered a good price. We asked if we could go eat dinner to discuss and come back, the answer was sure!
Not happy with the experience and will never return.
The Mattress Firm in White Marsh was an all around great experience! My boyfriend and I purchased our first mattress here today and I've got to say Wayne was the best person to help . When we came in he was about to go on lunch break but took the time to go through all the steps with us in such a great mood and not once made us feel unwanted or like a bother . He talked us through how to go about buying a mattress (we're young and clueless when it comes to this stuff) , but he walked us through it all ! After we went through all of that he Helped us find the perfect mattress for us but even better, with-in our price range & a GREAT DISCOUNT ! We honestly went in just to look around wasn't going to purchase anything today , but with the experience we had with Wayne completely changed our minds and we ended up buying a great mattress we love for a GREAT PRICE ! Would definitely recommend them for anyone who is in need of a mattress!

I had an amazing experience at this Mattress Firm location. I worked with Dennis and he had me out of there in less 15 mins. I wasn't looking spend more that $600 on a full mattress set and he didn't bombard me with sales tactics to persuade me to purchase a more expensive mattress set. My mattress was delivered the next day. The delivery tracking system is amazing! I was able to track my mattress the entire time so I didn't have to wait around all day.
