I got a beautiful ring from zales in white marsh last December for my fiancé and I'm happy I got the warranty because I've had to send the ring back 3 time already it's been in the shop more than its been on her finger and I am really disappointed the stone fell out and it has broke apart it has been a nightmare with this ring I'm afraid for her to wear it because it breaks so much she might loose it people please get the warranty or go somewhere else
The staff here is very knowledgeable. I come back and get all my watches here and receive excellent service every time.
