The surgery center nursing staff is rushed and incompetent!! I was called the day before my surgery asked about my allergies then someone made the decision to cancel my surgery with the wrong information 4 hours before the surgery time! They were rushed im assuming and either mis heard or didn't care on what information they had in my chart or that I gave. I've been a patient at JH for 7 years and I've never experienced anything like this. terrible!
