I went to the minute clinic because I had an ear ache and in pain. She was really great I felt that she really cared about me and took her time explainig things to me because I'm hard of hearing and she made sure I understood what was wrong and what I needed to do. When I was done she took the time out and make me an appointment to come back and get cheched out to make sure everything is OK. She also walked me out and showed me what over the counter medicine to also help me out. All I can say is GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have tried to come to this clinic in three separate occasions throughout a year. It has NEVER been open. No one seems to know why, or there are random excuses. Coming here, I am already sick, and now I am frustrated as well.
