Terrible customer service at this location. Was given the wrong size sliding door. Brought it home then had to return it to the store. Had to rent a U-Haul because it wouldn’t fit in truck bed. I was eligible for a discount when I purchased door but they wouldn’t give me discount for a future visit. Last time buying anything at Lowes. This was the last strike. The time before this we had to return two brand new lawnmowers that did not work. None of these things were lightweight and experience was very inconvenient!
This home improvement and appliance store is as big as Home Depot is. Just about every retail store employee is clean, courteous, and helpful. There are good selections of tools, hardware, plumbing, home decor, lawn, and garden for every customer. But its website has better selections. Certain items are a bit more expensive (when they are not on sale) than its competitors. The selections of home appliances are good; LG and Samsung have bigger and better selections than GE, Maytag, Whirlpool or Frigidaire.
Ordering item online and was told I could come pick it up but when I arrived I had to wait at least an hour and the item still was available for pickup. Usually the service is good. Not today.
I'm giving 5 stars to Lowe's for yesterday's visit. I needed a hot water heater and they had the one that was right size and for right price $ . I didn't have to wait too long in line and a couple employees help me get a cart and lift the darn sucker.
This store has racist employees working there. I visited the location to return a defective faucet. Caucasian man at the counter waiting on Caucasian female. After 5 minute wait, the employee plus one other male left the counter as if I wasn't standing there. If the nice lady working pick ups hadn't come over to help me I would have walked out. I will not spend another dime at your store!
