Horrible customer service!! Greg (I believe that is his name) doesn't know how to speak or treat customers!
Back in May 2017 these folks sent me a check for $1200-TOTALLY unsolicited. They picked me at random-literally-and sent me that check! I cashed it, used some, then paid the entire amount back on a timely basis. I thought-great folks here!! BUT-when I recently went to ask for their help again-they put me through the ENTIRE loan process-only to turn me down!!! This makes NO sense-trusting someone OUT OF THE BLUE with a $1200 check-WHICH WAS PROMPTLY PAID BACK-then turning that person down! The nice lady said I was sent that check in May because I had good credit history-or something like that. BUT-my recent application was judged comparing my income with my remaining debt-or something like that-and thus and so, I don't qualify. They even tried getting my YOUNGER brother to cosign! I'm only a layperson; not a financial expert, but I've run a few businesses, and the way this business is being run was NOT the way I was taught to run a business! Customer Service...is what this ex-manager was taught! With all due respect, I sadly have to say...avoid this business, or at least, this branch. In a nutshell: I proved I'm reliable and good for the money-so why put me thru that process??? I proved you can trust me! SO WHY DON'T YOU!!!!!!

Poor customer service - probably why 5 reviews and not one past a single star.
Worst place to get a loan form. They will not help you even if you pay it in full within the due period. Charge daily interest and will not drop it no matter what you do. Go to a bank if you want a loan.
