I showed up 2 hours before they closed on new years eve, looking for a new suit. I needed to get fitted and didn't really have much of a clue. I don't remember the guy's name, I believe he was from the Virgin Islands, but he was awesome as was everyone who helped me by picking out matching shirts and ties, and a special thanks to the tailor who stuck around late. I brought in 2017 looking great that night and it was all thanks to you guys, thanks for the awesome service!
Our son went here to get a jacket for an interview. So we stopped by Men's Warehouse in White Marsh. Marvin is the sales associate who helped him. They talked through the needs of our son. Found out that he could get a fantastic deal for a suit (jacket & pants), a shirt, two ties, and alterations. Marvin also gave our son a discount for being active duty. Final cost was just able half of the normal cost for everything. Extremely impressed and happy with the individual services. We will be coming back for additional purchases. Thank you for making this a stress-free, fun shopping event for us.
I would have given them 5 stars when I made my purchase, 0 stars when I want to return it, a punch in the face would have made more sense. 2 days after buying shoes the asst. Manager tells me they don't return shoes, the 90 day return policy on my receipt and online don't say shoes are unreturnable, but they are according to them, no problem, every other store in the world will do it but not you guys, no problem... But I'll ask my boss I'm just the asst manager. This clown walks over and tells me I need to find a new place to buy shoes, I'll do it, but you need to shop elsewhere, walks away. Said I returned my last pair too, i can't just buy shoes and return them, my jaw is dropped...by the way they ordered my last pair at they're register and were the wrong color so I returned them without taking them out the box, theyre fault, then they corrected it and I kept them! none the less I shouldn't return to spend my money there based on that. Usually you don't tell customers that as they're the reason you have a job, but me returning a shoes that hurts my feet after 2 days is reason for it I guess. It was so hard not to knock that guy out for saying that, he's a fat guy with a french ish accent. I was literally told not to come back before he said hi to me, didn't ask me what was wrong, just not to come back...ive never gotten treated like this at Walmart! I need a district or regional manager to call or email me NOW.
I haven't had a customer service experience like I did there in a long time. Every single employee seemed genuinely friendly and seemed like they really wanted to help me. Super clean and professional. I love this store.
