Decent car wash with an available unlimited wash membership (paid monthly). This car wash is conveniently located in the newly built Nottingham Commons shopping center, across from Nottingham Square and is about a mile from White Marsh Mall. I subscribe to the exterior only unlimited package which includes a full wash, hand dry, and tire shine. I find the service here is somewhat inconsistent, with my experience varying greatly depending on who is working on my car. Sometimes you'll get someone who takes pride in their job and they'll dry it off perfectly without streaks. Other times, you'll get someone who is trying to get the job done as soon as possible, whether or not the job was done properly. I stopped going to this location in the evening because they never seem to do a proper job after 5pm or so for whatever reason. Overall, this car wash serves its purpose and I look forward to using them in the winter time.
The prices are outrageous to say the least. Maybe it's a regional thing... But we pay less than $7 for this type of service in Atlanta. Also, the monthly rate is totally foolish. My monthly car wash for unlimited wash... $22 dollars. The local gas station machine wash near my parents is $12 and I'll vacuum out my car at my parents. Never will pay these prices!!!!
I received very friendly, professional service. I was very pleased with the full exterior detail. It really brought out the color on my 6 year old suv.
This was my first experience having my truck detailed and it was worth every penny! The staff were friendly and my truck was done in about an hour. They have a cafe where you can wait or you can get a little shopping done. I highly recommend their service and plan on using them again soon for my husband's car!
Been a member a long time. Not sure if I will stay. When the one in Canton opened I saw it as a easy to use service. Made my car look like new and it was a friendly environment. Fast forward to the white Marsh location and the service has fell off badly. They barely vacuum and wiped my windows with a dirty rag and tore my tint on the inside. I showed them and it was met with a shrug. Might just have to go back to the Canton location to get good service
