The staff is very helpful and friendly, no pressure to get contract add-ons and great to work with. The cars overall are very good, the only issue is occasionally the cars could use a little more cleaning (though overall not bad).

The rental location in Nottingham, Md on Belair Rd has the best customer service of all Enterprise locations I have ever rented a car from. Not to disparage any of the other locations because I have never had a bad experience with Enterprise, but the Belair Rd location in Nottingham, Md is a notch above.
Rented a Jeep Patriot from Enterprise....great truck! It was clean, and smelled good. Great staff who are very friendly and helpful. Had no issues and will definitely rent from them again.
If you are too far away to be picked up no worries the MTA bus stop is right there. Step off the bus and in a few minutes you are driving away in your rental, no hassle and no worries.
Do wish you could pick your car as we are a tall family and some cars such as Jeeps and Nissan Juke are cramped.
