DO NOT USE THIS FIRM TO DO YOUR TAXES!!!! This firm has been doing my personal taxes for years. This year they made two major mistakes which of course cost me more money as well as penalties and fees. When I was able to discuss with "Ron" he would address one error only. When I asked about the penalties and fees and why is should be my responsibility his response "we will do your taxes for free next year". Really, does he really think I would use them again. I WILL use any media available to spread the word and am looking into filing suit.
